guest post: arroz en leche, reinvented

Arroz en leche is my favorite cold season comfort food and childhood throwback. The traditional Guatemalan recipe calls for cow’s milk and condensed milk as a sweetener, but since we all have that one vegan friend (or are that one vegan friend), I’ve chosen to share a plant-based, whole grain version, which I find just as yummy and arguably healthier than the original.
